Sales Order Filter

This filter is utilized when a user wishes to search for a sales order. User can use magnifying glass to search for existing Sales Order ID.

If the user knows already the Sales Order ID, input it on the field and press the “Enter” key. If a blue hyperlink appears next to the magnifying glass icon, it indicates that the entered Sales Order ID is valid. The blue hyperlink next to the magnifying glass is the Sales Order link which allows users to easily navigate to the Sales Order Page if he has access to view Sales Order Information.

After providing the transaction ID, click the search button at the right side of the same line of this field to initiate the search process.

If there is an existing record of an order fulfillment associated with the provided sales order, the result will be displayed in the designated area. Otherwise, no results will be shown.
